Our team will get in touch with you via WhatsApp or email to confirm the pick-up time for your booking. As you count down the days leading up to your booking, our booking manager will be available to address any questions or make changes to your booking.

We understand that plans can change, and we are happy to provide a full refund if you cancel your booking 24 hours in advance. If you need to reschedule your tour for a different day, please inform us, and we will accommodate your request. Please note that we are unable to offer a full refund for cancellations made within 24 hours.

Booking a tour online is simple. On each tour page, you will find a booking form on the right (or at the bottom if you’re on our mobile website). Choose an available date and specify the number of adults, children, and infants, then click the ‘Book now’ button. On the following page, you can enter your details and pickup location. Add any necessary notes and proceed to book. We'll send you a booking confirmation via email.

We can only accept payments in Thai Baht. You can change the display currency on our website to your local currency for convenience, but payments to the operator need to be made in cash using Thai Baht. Some operators have a credit card machine, so you can pay by card upon arrival. If you prefer to pay by card, please inform us in advance. Please note that additional payment fees may be applied.

We stop taking online bookings close to the tour date. However, for most tours, you can book for the next day. In some cases, you can even book for the same day, such as a private city tour or an ATV trip that starts in the afternoon. Our team can assist you with same-day or late bookings. Please reach out to us on WhatsApp or email to make these arrangements, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request!

Please refrain from printing the booking voucher. We strive to be as environmentally friendly as possible and believe that wasting a piece of paper for a booking voucher is unnecessary. We have partnered with the tour operators to accept mobile vouchers. Simply show the voucher on your phone upon arrival or pickup, and you're all set.

We can usually pick you up from a private villa or bus stop, as long as it's not on a steep hill or far inland. If you want to arrange a tour with a different pickup location, please inform our team. In some instances, we can also arrange to pick you up near a landmark or 7/11 shops.

Absolutely! Our website is safeguarded by the latest security standards and SSL protocols. All payments are processed by a trusted external payment provider, Stripe. These sites are heavily protected, so you can confidently make online bookings with us, just like you would at any other reputable online store.
